This new single family home inspired by the great urban Georgian homes of London, features an elliptical stair and hall joining the four floor levels. The elliptical theme is represented in an arched front door opening, that features a leaded glass transom and a vaulted entry hall. The ellipse also provides a unique ceiling shape for the master suite. The exterior brick is coursed with an english bond pattern meticulously spaced between floor to ceiling double hung windows, protected by decorative railings on the first floor. The divided lite pattern in the windows maintains the same glass proportions even as the window heights change on each floor.
